Ever since I was a little girl, my favorite cookies have been "Oatmeal Scotchies". They also happen to be my dad's favorite, so I have fond memories of helping him bake them around the holiday season. They're an instant reminder of December for me, and I spent my day off today baking them! I hope you can give them a try, and enjoy them as much as I do! They're perfect with a mug of hot chocolate on a cold winter's night. I use the Nestle recipe, which is right on the back of their bags of butterscotch morsels.
